Meet the Team

  • Rhiannon O'Leary

    CEO + FOUNDER + EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

    Rhiannon, started her career planning nonprofit galas and events for many New York City organizations before going on to work in the nonprofit industry for fifteen years. She worked for five nonprofits of varying sizes in fundraising, events, talent, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. In the midst of that experience she went back to school to get a Masters in Nonprofit Leadership at the University of Pennsylvania, where she got deep into organizational psychology and fully examined the ideas of social impact, leadership, and influence.

    Eventually, feeling called to be able to support more great organizations, leaders, and companies nationally, Rhiannon started Gather Co.

    For nearly twenty years Rhiannon has partnered with organizations and companies, creating world-class live experiences, designed to bring together leaders, politicians, workforces, makers, builders, celebrities, influencers, and more to connect, support important work, and fundraise. Through this work, she has had the opportunity to engage tens of thousands of people and raise over $10 million for wonderful social impact work.

    Rhiannon was born in Berkeley, lived eleven years on the East Coast (NYC, Philly, and DC), and now lives in Oakland with her husband, Nick, a civil rights lawyer, and two sons, Breandán (7) and Wesley (4).

  • Eloisa Zuniga

    EVENT PRODUCER

    Eloisa is an event planning professional with over eight years of experience in Non-Profit and Corporate Events. Eloisa brings extraordinary project management leadership, extreme detail orientation, wondrous creativity, and solutions-orientation to the Gather Co team, among many other wonderful qualities.

    Eloisa holds a Hospitality Management degree from the prestigious UNLV in Las Vegas and she possesses a degree from the Culinary Institute of America, which has allowed her to marry her love for events with her culinary expertise.

    Her passion for hospitality extends to the world of wine, evident through her Specialist of Wine and WSET 2 certifications.

    At the core of Eloisa's success lies her genuine passion for food, wine, and hospitality. She believes in the power of these elements to bring people together, to create moments of connection and joy.

    When she isn't working on any of the above, she is happily having a cocktail on her balcony and eating pizza with her husband.

  • Shoshanna Howard

    EVENT PRODUCER

    Shoshanna has over 15-years of experience in event production, public relations, strategic communications & branding, and artist management. She has managed event planning, media, and marketing campaigns for small businesses, creative influencers, public figures, and nonprofits. Shoshanna brings inspired creativity, adept relationship management and an unbelievable ability to align the many, varied needs that show up for any event.

    An ambitious entrepreneur, Shoshanna started her company, Noticed Media in 2017 and is the Founder and Executive Producer of the Oakland Comedy Festival.

    When not working, Shoshanna can be found at a heels dance class or hiking the Oakland Hills with her loyal pup, Simi.

  • Nikki Frustere

    EVENT PRODUCER

    Nikki has over 18 years of professional experience producing large and small scale entertainment industry events, private celebrations & fundraising galas for some of the nation’s top firms and exclusive clients nationwide. Nikki embodies the 'duck calm on the surface, paddling like the dickens underneath' analogy. She is extraordinarily creative, positive, and solutions-oriented while she balances a million little details, dynamics, and holding everyone to very high standards with tremendous grace.


    Originally from Dallas, Nikki was raised with a sense of southern hospitality fostered by her parent's unique Brazilian/Sicilian flare for entertaining friends, executives, and foreign dignitaries while living overseas in Africa and Malaysia. From an early age, Nikki has enjoyed exploring different cultural traditions of entertaining and celebrating. That joy has grown into a passion for producing beautiful events with innovative designs, lasting impacts, & financial efficiency while maintaining grace under pressure, integrity, and discretion.
